Women in Construction Article

This might be classified as a self-publication. Could also be classified as a co-authorship. I wrote this with Amanda of Ambition Theory. She did most of the writing. I wrote a "report" that she used to start her own writing. She is a much better editorial writer than I am, as you can tell.

This is just the first of many deliverables that we plan around this study. This will also be the only co-authored one; all of the others are all mine 100%.
