ProQuest

It took a while, but finally, my dissertation has become public!

What does that mean? 

For months now the only place anyone could find (or god forbid) read my dissertation is on a Kansas State University webpage that was only accessible by other Kansas State students. 

Now, since I've graduated, they have finally moved my dissertation from that internal web page to a public dissertation and academic server, ProQuest (see HERE). 

It's a small step in the right direction. I know that this is not really a blog on academic writing, but it is about my publishing. This is a major step in my academic publishing career. 

Any fiction readers be careful reading that dissertation. It's a different form of writing. Tough to get through.
