My nugget this week is a bit ambiguous, a tad ethereal. It has to do with the development of our final papers through the DFL assignments and the work we've been doing.
I inserted the research questions into this "Part 2" assignment and started to recognize how I had shifted perspectives, changed and edited the questions, and refined the questions to more completely address the work and study that I'm doing. There are some distinct changes, in vocabulary mostly, "participants" instead of "learners" etc. Then there are some discrete changes in terms of how I'm writing about it and the scope and scale of the study. All of this is like chipping away of marble when sculpting a statue, and its fun to see the evolution and the change taking place.
