I've fallen in love with these Ever Shade posts (see here), and really enjoy being on the lookout for new ones to post each week. Here's this weeks sample:
This first one comes by way of "austere" and she says:
Asking yourself if their feelings were real, will destroy your heart.
Having been through "breakups" and being dumped before I know this feeling, and can understand well the desire to avoid wondering if you were just being played. I know I have deep feelings, wondering if there's were as deep? Always a killer.
This one is a bit more prosaic but I liked it. From "Miss Kitty."
I want to go with you to a diner super early in the morning in our PJs, drink coffee, eat pancakes, and then come home and nap.
We all have the person who is our brunch person right? That person we could spend all the time with and never get bored? This is what I think of when I read this one. That person for me.
Finally there is this from "Davido" which is simple and perfect.
I wish I was your wish.
I know who I wish for. I wish she was my wish too.
