Trading Up for Winter?

A while back I posted about writing areas and desks (see HERE). This summer I traded my office writing area (see below) for the pergola. Nice big, soft fans, a breeze, surrounded by nature and a bubbling pool fountain, outdoor speakers, bird song and squirrels, the whole bit.

It wasn't bad. There's actually some nice chairs out there, and all that nature is a nice distraction.
Then I had to retreat back to my upstairs attic writing space because of rain and weather. Well, now thanks to the holidays approaching, I'm trading again, this time for the downstairs leather chair and fire.

This is my favorite place. Why? Cause I have a dog who likes to sleep on a pillow right next to me. Usually Sadie is too busy "guarding the house" to come into my upstairs office. But down by the fire, she's content to sit with me. Heaven.

Talk about finding motivation to continue writing Sunset perfect. This'll do.
