So, this series continues to grow . . . why? Well, first I love these lines. It's a good thing to find these little gems and appreciate them. Secondly, they help me figure things out in my own life. They resonate with me and linger, sometimes they emanate other light and other understandings.
Regardless, it used to be that Great White North was my best sourse for these Evershade posts (see HERE), but lately it's been Molotov Scotch Tale.
I admit, I am shocked you remain flowing in my veins, through the chambers of my heart I thought I buried a long while back.
That's one that definitely resonates with me.
This next is from Bits & Pieces.
Someone either wants you with every fibre of their being, prepared to move heaven and hell for you, just to say a few words, and fancy the absolute fucking loving fuck out of you, or they don't . . . and there's nothing you can do about that if they don't. When you figure that out, . . . best to let go and move on.
This one is tough and deep because it's so true. As humans we always want to be in control, right? We want to know we can affect and change our destiny. This means we can't. But, like he said, when you figure out they're not the one, move on . . . let go. It's like a gal with VD, look at her and move on, don't touch, and forget about it.
Then this again from Molotov Scotch Tale.
Just because I feel you deep in my soul and understand your heart, does not mean I know how to eloquently deal with the pain of parting.
Then finally this, from Sherina Woro
. . . the things I can't change have taught me how to let go.
It's about the same as that last one, just simple and quick.
Evershade, evershades , ever shade, ever shades, shades of Betsy
