Ugh, this one hits hard. Why? I guess cause it's so true.
You deserve a calm love with someone who's your safe space, your best friend, and soothes your soul during stressful situations. Life is hard enough, you deserve someone who brings you peace, not problems.
I remember writing about something an old friend used to say. Friendship should be simple, easy, and perfect like a sunset. That's how I came up with the novel title Sunset Perfect. But when friendships, jobs, people, and relationships falther and deteriorate they become so much less than perfect like a sunset. They become stressful and problematic. It's great when they're susnset perfect, but a mess when they're not.
I loved this one, however, so true in so many different ways.
"I'm writing "thanks," instead of "Thanks!" so that you know just how mad I really am."
HA! that sums up so much about social media, communication, and more, doesn't it.
